Important Registration Details
Below are the pricing details for the LabTech User Conference. We will collect and charge your credit card upon registration; the registration system will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card payment.
- Regular Registration, Regular Rate - $999.00. Includes three nights hotel, registration & access to both the LabTech Automation Nation 2010 and the ConnectWise IT Nation 2010.
- Second Person, Same Room - $395.00. If you plan on sharing your room with another conference attendee, you must register that person at the same time of your registration. Once you complete your first registration and enter payment details, the concluding page will have a special link to second person registration. The second person MUST share your room and MUST fully register and pay at the same time.
- Spouse/Guest Registration - $195.00. Please note this is a social function registration only, good only for meals and social events. If you plan on bringing a second person to the entire conference, you will need to register that person separately, at the second person, same room rate.
Important Hotel Information
All registrations to the LabTech Automation Nation 2010 include three nights at the Hilton Bonnet Creek Hotel (November 3 - 5, 2010). This is a required part of your registration, and there are no exceptions. The conference will conclude on the afternoon of November 6th, allowing you to book return flights that evening. Optionally, you may choose additional nights at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for a cost of $201.39 (payable at the time of registration).
Also, we are offering upgrades to the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, adjacent to the Hilton Bonnet Creek. You may upgrade the nights of November 3 - 5 for only $50.00 per night, and you may upgrade to additional nights at $251.39 per night. Please note all prices include all applicable room taxes, and will be managed by LabTech. There is no need to contact the hotel directly, as LabTech is managing the room block directly on your behalf.
