How will you release updates and what will be included in the support contract.
The system will be updated and features will be added as time goes on and all updates, bug fixes and new features that remain in the current major version will be included in any current support contract. As well as access to all forums, user contributed items, downloads and technical support.

Support contacts that are maintained from the date of purchase will receive all major version upgrades free of charge.
