Customizing Your LabTech System
Extending your LabTech System to implement the use of external applications is just one of the powerful features we offer. Applications can update to extra data fields, created from the DashBoard, which can be displayed within a selected form. The fields could also be hidden and used for scripting and other various tasks. Custom Menus can be created to run external applications, scripts and other various tasks. Along with that, Custom Menus and Custom Commands can be created to facilitate custom operations to and from the Agents.
Plugins can be developed through the Plugins API which literally opens up the system to almost endless possibilities. These plugins can also update to extra data fields, manipulate the SQL database, Tabs and Forms within the Control Center, and many other functions which allows for the facilitation of internal and external sychronization with various other management systems.
Redirected Applications can be any simple network application that uses a port to communicate through. This Application can be setup in the System for seemless integration.
